Our Service
The Air Xpress provides a purchasing and shipping service for products sold on Amazon UK and delivers them to customers in Sri Lanka.
Orders
- Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that product details, quantities, sizes, colours, and specifications are correct before payment.
- Once we have processed your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Our Price Checker displays:
- Product Price
- Chargeable Weight
- Freight Charge
- Local Service & Handling Fee
- Total Amount Payable
Prices may change if Amazon UK changes the product price before payment is completed.
Shipping
Delivery begins after your item has been received at our UK warehouse.
We aim to deliver your package within approximately 7 working days after it reaches our UK warehouse.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, airline schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Prohibited Items
Certain products cannot be shipped due to airline, customs, or legal restrictions.

Returns
Returns are not accepted once we have processed your order.
